surfcrime.com.au (HICM Pty Ltd) is committed to providing the best customer service and the highest quality products.
We aim to ensure that all items listed and available to purchase on our website are in stock and that the pricing is
true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will
notify you within 3 business days to arrange a mutually agreeable alternative product, a backorder or a full refund.
We use StarTrack and World Options for surfboard shipments and all boards are expertly packaged in double padded shipping boxes.
Shipping is currently offered (to street address’s, NO Po Boxes) from our VIC warehouse to VIC, NSW, QLD & ACT.
Shipping rates for single boards start at $50 through to $100 and will be added to your order at check-out.

Shipping and handling times differ depending on the destination and we will endeavour to ship surfboards within
2-4 business days of order being placed and expect shipping between 2-8 business days depending on location. (during holiday periods and sale events shipping times maybe longer)
HICM Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for shipping delays that are outside of our control.
Delivery Process
On the rare occasion you’r surfboard packaging has been compromised during shipping you must follow these
steps to continue this protection and help us claim any damage.
Before you sign your delivery docket/consignment note, ask your driver to stay with you
while you unpack your newly delivered surfboard. If they are unwilling to wait while you check
your surfboard for potential damage then mark the delivery docket/consignment note
“BOX DAMAGED” before your signature and the drive can leave.
If the driver agrees to stay, unpack your board carefully and inspect your new surfboard.
If it has been damaged in any way, then please mark the consignment note as "DAMAGED"
before providing your signature. If your new surfboard is unmarked, which is usually the case,
then feel free to sign the drivers consignment note.
If your surfboard has been DAMAGED, then please document the damage with good quality photos
and contact us immediately to register the damage with our customer service team at
info@hicm.com.au
N.B. By signing the consignment note without any written mention of damage, you are acknowledging the
surfboard was delivered in good order.
For online orders made through surfcrime.com.au we offer a 30 days return policy starting from the date of
purchase (excluding sale items*)
To be eligible for a return, you will need your receipt of purchase, the item(s) must be unused and in the same
condition that you received them and must be in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs both inbound and outbound on approved return items
and a credit will only be provided when the product has been received back to the warehouse and has been
inspected by our team and approved as fit for re-sale.

Crime Surfboards are not covered under warranty due to the nature of the product and the unpredictable
environment they’re used in but are covered for manufacturing errors for a maximum period of 6 months
from date of purchase.
For any issues with your surfboard please contact our team and we’ll be able to determine if the damage
or defect is due to manufacturing or if it’s caused by user damage. For any warranty questions
